What we collect

Images you upload: yard photos, plot maps, and AI renders you generate on this site.
Information you share through our Jobber request form: name, email, phone, ZIP, project notes, budget, and timeline.
Technical data: referring URL, UTM parameters, click IDs, page views, and anonymous interaction events (CTA clicks, scroll depth). We do not collect personal information through any other form on this website.

How we use uploaded images

Uploaded images are sent to a third-party AI provider (Google's Gemini model via the Lovable AI Gateway) for analysis. Results (suggested services, rough measurements, design summary) are returned to your browser and used to pre-fill your estimate. We do not use your uploaded photos to train AI models, and we do not sell or share them with advertisers.

Please avoid uploading photos with people, minors, license plates, or visible addresses.

Lead intake via Jobber

When you submit a consultation request, it is sent to AE through Jobber (getjobber.com). Jobber handles all follow-up communication, confirmations, and scheduling. Their privacy policy applies to the data they store. We do not send marketing emails, autoresponders, or newsletters from this website and we do not maintain a separate website-side email list.

Cookies & tracking

This site does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. We use a lightweight first-party analytics shim to count anonymous events (page views, CTA clicks, scroll depth) so we can improve the tool, and we preserve UTM parameters from referring links in your browser's session storage so they can be attached to your Jobber request.

Data retention

Uploaded images and AI analysis results are retained only as long as needed to provide your estimate and follow-up consultation, and are deleted on request. Jobber request data is retained per Jobber's policies and AE's project records.

Your rights

You can request to access, correct, or delete the personal information AE holds about you at any time by emailing support@aeoutdoorliving.com. If you reside in a state with consumer-privacy laws (such as California's CCPA/CPRA, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, or Texas), you have additional rights including the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion or correction, opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, and to be free from retaliation for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children

This site is intended for adults (homeowners and property decision-makers). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email support@aeoutdoorliving.com and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
