What we collect

When you use the AE Design Tool, we may collect images you upload (yard photos, plot maps, AI renders) and information you choose to share with us through our Jobber request form (name, email, phone, ZIP, project notes, budget, and timeline). We do not collect this information through any other form on this website.

How we use uploaded images

Uploaded images are sent to a third-party AI provider (Google's Gemini model via the Lovable AI Gateway) for analysis. Results (suggested services, rough measurements, design summary) are returned to your browser and used to pre-fill your estimate.

Please avoid uploading photos with people, minors, license plates, or visible addresses. If you'd like an uploaded photo or AI render deleted from our records, email support@aeoutdoorliving.com.

Lead intake via Jobber

When you submit a consultation request, it is sent to AE through Jobber (getjobber.com). Jobber handles all follow-up communication, confirmations, and scheduling. Their privacy policy applies to that data.

We do not send marketing emails, autoresponders, or newsletters from this website. We do not maintain a separate website-side email list.

Cookies & tracking

This site does not use third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels. We may use a lightweight, first-party analytics shim to count anonymous events (page views, CTA clicks, scroll depth) so we can improve the tool. We preserve UTM parameters from referring links in your browser session so they can be attached to your Jobber request, helping us know which campaign sent you.
