1. Who we are

This website is operated by Advant-Edge Decorative Curbing & Landscaping, Inc. (dba AE Outdoor Living, Advant-Edge Pools & Landscape, AE LEDs, Sonoran Glass), located at 9715 W Peoria Ave, Peoria, AZ 85345. AE is a licensed Arizona contractor: AZ ROC #340966 · #341002 · #347738 · #211530. Verify license status at roc.az.gov.

2. Acceptance of terms

By using this site, the AI Design Tool, or submitting a request through our Jobber form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

3. AI renders and price estimates are non-binding

The AI Design Tool generates concept renders, rough quantities, and an estimated price range from photos and inputs you provide. These outputs are illustrative previews only and are not a quote, bid, contract, warranty, or guarantee of price, materials, dimensions, or scope. Renders may show items that cannot legally or physically be built on your specific lot.

Final pricing and scope are established only by a written agreement signed by AE after an on-site consultation, site measurement, and verification of applicable city, county, HOA, and Arizona ROC requirements. Estimates can change based on site conditions, soil, utilities, permits, design revisions, material availability, and code requirements.

4. License & jurisdiction

We perform work in the State of Arizona. Any contract for work performed by AE is governed by Arizona law and the Arizona Registrar of Contractors' rules (A.R.S. Title 32, Chapter 10). Disputes related to contracted work are subject to the ROC complaint process and the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

5. Warranties

Specific workmanship and product warranties (including manufacturer brand warranties on equipment, finishes, and materials) are described in the signed project agreement. No warranty is created by anything on this website, AI renders, estimates, or marketing copy. We do not advertise "lifetime" warranties.

6. Your content

You confirm you have the right to upload any photo, plot map, or image you submit. You grant AE a limited license to process those images (including via our AI provider) for the purpose of generating your concept and follow-up consultation. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@aeoutdoorliving.com.

7. Lead intake through Jobber

Consultation requests are submitted through Jobber (getjobber.com), a third-party platform. Jobber's terms and privacy policy govern how that submission is stored and how AE communicates with you afterward.

8. Acceptable use

Do not upload illegal content, content you do not own, photos showing identifiable minors or third parties without consent, or attempt to abuse, reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload the site or AI endpoints.

9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The site and AI tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent allowed by law, AE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on any estimate or render. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under Arizona consumer-protection law or the ROC recovery fund where applicable.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; the "Last updated" date above will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
